It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?

It’s Monday! What are you Reading? is a meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journeys. It is a great way to recap what you read and/or reviewed the previous week and to plan out your reading and reviews for the upcoming week. It’s also a great chance to see what others are reading right now…who knows, you might discover that next “must read” book!

Reviews Posted Last Week:
The Returned by Jason Mott
Geek Girls Don’t Date Dukes by Gina Lamm

What I Read Last Week:

Nothing. I was so busy last week, busier than I originally thought I would be, that I barely had time to sit down. Because of this reading time was a non-existent thing.

What I Plan To Read This Week:

I should have time to read this week and so I plan to pick up the book I had wanted to work on last week and that is Razor’s Edge. I got about a dozen pages into this last week so not far enough to really form an opinion but I am still very much looking forward to reading this one and to see exactly what Luke, Leia and Han get themselves into.

What have you read recently? Were they as good as you had hoped or just alright? What books do you plan to read this week?

  1. I haven’t had much time for reading either. I just finished Scott Sampson’s Dinosaur Odyssey, a nonfiction book about dinosaurs for a general audience. It was fun to feel like a kid again (I loved dinosaurs when I was little) and to learn about how our understanding of dinosaurs and their connection to other creatures and to their environment has changed over the last 25 years. As for what’s coming up, I’m hoping to read Rainbow Rowell’s Fangirl later this week or over the weekend.

    • Seems to be a busy time for a lot of people. Oh dinosaur book sounds awesome, I loved dinosaurs as a kid and never fully outgrew that love either. Might need to check out that book at some point.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great reading week.
